What a Week We Had at Swan! 💛

Last week at Swan Youth Project was absolutely brilliant! As always, we shared hot, tasty meals every day, had plenty of great conversations, and got stuck into loads of creative activities.

With Mother’s Day coming up, we took time to talk about the amazing women in our lives. Everyone had the chance to pick out a card for their mum (or someone special!) and even make a little handmade gift if they wanted to.

We also had some wonderful visitors—including our youngest guest yet, who isn’t even a year old! It’s always a joy to welcome new faces and see our Swan community grow.

From laughter over lunch to moments of creativity and connection, last week had it all. Can’t wait to see what this week brings!
