About

The Swan Youth Project is a registered charity based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, providing a safe, inclusive space for young people aged 11 to 16+ years.

Guided by the ethos “Somewhere to Go, Something to Do, and Someone to Listen”, we offer free drop-in sessions, creative activities, emotional support, and early interventions that help young people build resilience and feel a true sense of belonging. Our programme planning is based around the NHS 5 ways of wellbeing and therefore aids the holistic development of our members to make a lasting positive impact.

Our centre is equipped with games, music, chill-out spaces, fully functional kitchen where members can learn to cook, pool tables, basketball, garden area, board games, PS5, and regular arts & crafts sessions — creating a relaxed, welcoming environment.  This is a space where young people can come and socialise.
