At The Swan Youth Project in Berkhamsted, our team is led by a dedicated Project Manager and supported by passionate youth workers and committed trustees — all working together to provide high-quality youth support services in Hertfordshire.
 

From welcoming young people to our daily drop-in sessions to shaping the long-term vision of the project, each team member plays a vital role in helping young people aged 11–16+ feel safe, heard and empowered.
