When Amy Holmes from BBC Three Counties Radio visited The Swan Youth Project in Berkhamsted again during our summer Happy Camp, she found a generation ready to speak honestly.
Inspired by the Netflix hit Adolescence, our teens opened up about the hidden pressures of social media, the rise of harmful online influencers, and why safe spaces like Swan matter more than ever.
From feeling “helpless” to finding their voices, their words show both the damage done and the hope found through workshops on healthy relationships and resilience — made possible by Hertfordshire Community Foundation.
