Kate Ashton

Originally from Yorkshire, I moved to Berkhamsted in 2011 after more than a decade in London. I joined The Swan Youth Project in 2024, wanting to use my corporate skills to give something back to the community.

As a parent of a teenage daughter, I’m very aware of the challenges young people face today. That’s why being part of The Swan — a safe and welcoming space for young people in Berkhamsted and the surrounding areas — feels especially meaningful to me.
