Hello, I’m Jo. I’m an experienced policy adviser with over ten years in the Civil Service, working on high-profile domestic and international issues including humanitarian support to Yemen, serious and organised crime, and UK fisheries.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a researcher for an MP, an editorial assistant at the international think tank Chatham House, and as a camerawoman for an internet TV channel. I hold a History with French degree from University College London and an MA in International Conflict Studies from King’s College London.
I live in Berkhamsted with my husband and daughter. As a Trustee, I’m passionate about safeguarding the future of The Swan and supporting Berkhamsted’s young people to fulfil their potential.
