Celebrating a Partnership That Makes a Difference

We're proud to be featured in Berkhamsted School's Community Impact Report 2026.

The report celebrates the partnerships that help strengthen our local community, and we're honoured that The Swan Youth Project is as part of that story.

Over the past few years, Berkhamsted School and the Berkhamsted Society have supported The Swan in many different ways. From fundraising and community events to providing tickets for special events and experiences for our young people.

One of the biggest moments in our partnership was the generous donation of a school minibus, helping us take young people on trips, access new opportunities and reach even more members across our community.

The report also highlights our shared commitment to giving young people somewhere to go, something to do and someone to listen - values that continue to guide everything we do at The Swan.

We're incredibly grateful to Berkhamsted School, the Berkhamsted Society and everyone who has supported our work. Partnerships like these make a real and lasting difference to the lives of young people in Berkhamsted.
